How Promotion Rules Are Published
When a promotional sweepstakes is offered, its Official Sweepstakes Rules are published on this page and apply from the stated start of the promotion period. Those rules, together with the Keno Amuse Terms & Conditions, govern participation in that promotion. If the two conflict, the Official Sweepstakes Rules control for that promotion.
Sections Included In Each Promotion’s Rules
1. Sponsor
Identification of the promotion sponsor and any administrator.
2. Promotion Period
The exact start and end dates and times of the promotion, and the governing time zone.
3. Eligibility
Who may participate, including minimum age, geographic eligibility and any exclusions. Participation is void where prohibited.
4. How To Enter
Each available entry method, including the free method of entry, together with any entry limits per person or per period.
5. No Purchase Necessary

6. Prizes
A description of each prize, its stated value, quantity available, and any restrictions, conditions or substitutions.
7. Odds of Winning
How odds are determined, which depends on the number of eligible entries received for the promotion.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The selection method and date, how winners are notified, the response deadline, and what happens if a selected entrant cannot be reached or is ineligible.
9. Prize Claim and Verification
The documentation and verification required before a prize is awarded, including confirmation of identity, age and eligibility.
10. Taxes
Confirmation that winners are responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations associated with a prize.
11. Conditions of Participation
Conduct requirements, grounds for disqualification, and the treatment of irregular, fraudulent or automated entries.
12. Technical Errors and Cancellation
The sponsor’s ability to void affected entries and to modify, suspend or cancel a promotion where a technical fault, malfunction or other event compromises its administration, security or fairness.
13. Privacy
How entrant information is used, which is described in the Keno Amuse Privacy Policy.
14. Winners List
How a list of winners may be requested, where applicable.
