These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Keno Amuse website and your participation in Keno Amuse entertainment and promotional sweepstakes offerings (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services

Keno Amuse provides entertainment and promotional sweepstakes opportunities. Keno Amuse is not presented as a traditional real-money casino. Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, applicable promotional rules, these Terms & Conditions, and applicable law.

Keno Amuse offers access to third-party entertainment platforms and promotional sweepstakes opportunities. References to purchases on this website mean purchases of entertainment credits used for play on a supported platform. Keno Amuse does not describe its offerings using deposit, bet or wager terminology.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements that apply to the relevant offering, including any minimum age and location requirements imposed by applicable law or by the applicable promotional rules. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is permitted where you are located. Keno Amuse may decline or discontinue participation where eligibility cannot be established.

3. Accounts and Access

To participate you may be issued access credentials for a supported third-party platform. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through them. Access is personal to you and may not be sold, shared, transferred or used on behalf of another person. Notify Keno Amuse promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.

4. Entertainment Credits

Entertainment credits are used for play on supported platforms and hold no independent cash value outside of the applicable redemption process described in the applicable rules. Entertainment credits are not a stored-value or money-transmission product, are not transferable between participants, and may expire or be adjusted as described in the applicable promotional rules. Purchase amounts, minimums and redemption limits are set out on the Our Rules page and in the applicable rules.

5. Promotional Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Where an offering is operated as a promotional sweepstakes, participation is governed by the Official Sweepstakes Rules published for that specific promotion, together with these Terms. Promotion-specific details — including the entry period, entry methods, eligibility criteria, prize descriptions, odds and winner selection and notification procedures — are published with that promotion. If the applicable Official Sweepstakes Rules conflict with these Terms, the Official Sweepstakes Rules control for that promotion.

6. Free Participation and Free Play

A free method of participation is available for eligible promotional sweepstakes offerings as described in the applicable Official Sweepstakes Rules. Free Play availability, qualification criteria and any limits are communicated directly by Keno Amuse and may change or end at any time. 7. Prizes and Redemption

Redemption requests are subject to the minimum and maximum redemption limits published on the Our Rules page, the applicable promotional rules, verification of the participant and of the activity concerned, and any limits applied by the relevant third-party platform. Keno Amuse may withhold, reduce, delay or decline a redemption where a request is incomplete, where eligibility or identity cannot be verified, where the activity appears irregular or in breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law. Prizes and redemptions are not transferable and no substitution is offered except as stated in the applicable rules.

8. Identity Verification

Keno Amuse may require reasonable information to verify your identity, age, location and eligibility before permitting participation or processing a redemption. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Participation and redemption may be suspended pending verification.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• provide false, misleading or another person’s information;
• participate through multiple or unauthorised identities or accounts;
• use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or any technical means to manipulate play, entries, balances or redemptions;
• collude with others or act as an intermediary to circumvent limits or rules;
• resell, rent or commercialise access, credits or entries;
• interfere with the Services or any supported platform, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to either;
• use the Services for unlawful purposes or where participation is prohibited.

10. Fraud Prevention

Keno Amuse may monitor for and investigate irregular, abusive or fraudulent activity, and may void affected participation, adjust balances, withhold redemptions and suspend or terminate access where such activity is identified. Nothing in these Terms limits Keno Amuse’s ability to report suspected fraud or unlawful activity to the relevant third-party platform or authorities.

11. Technical Errors

If a technical error, malfunction, interruption, printing or human error, or platform fault affects play, credits, entries, results or a redemption, Keno Amuse may void the affected activity and correct the affected balances or outcomes. The Services and supported platforms are provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted, modified or discontinued. Keno Amuse is not responsible for the operation, availability, content or outcomes of third-party platforms.

12. Suspension and Termination

Keno Amuse may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time — including where these Terms or the applicable promotional rules are breached, where verification fails, where activity appears irregular, or where required by applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Responsible Participation

Keno Amuse offerings are intended purely for entertainment. Participate only with amounts you are comfortable spending on entertainment, and only if participation is permitted where you are located and you meet the applicable eligibility requirements. If participation stops being enjoyable, stop participating. You may contact Keno Amuse to request that your access be limited or closed.

14. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies or reporting obligations that apply to amounts you receive through the Services. Keno Amuse may be required to collect information or withhold amounts in connection with a redemption where applicable law requires it.

15. Intellectual Property

The Keno Amuse name, logo, artwork, site design and all related materials are owned by Keno Amuse or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used without permission. Third-party platform names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Keno Amuse does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.

16. Third-Party Platforms

Links to third-party platforms are provided for convenience. Those platforms are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and policies, which you should review. Keno Amuse does not control and is not responsible for third-party platforms, their software, downloads, content, availability or outcomes.

17. Privacy

Information you provide is handled as described in the Keno Amuse Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

Keno Amuse may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
